Our People

I joined Ineco in December 2021 and am responsible for designing solar PV projects from sale to installation. I create technical design packs, manage planning and DNO submissions, provide commissioning support, and resolve technical queries with manufacturers. I have a degree in Renewable Energy and ten years of experience. I enjoy walking and running with my dog, learning aerial silks, and caring for houseplants.

Sophie Stevens

Head of Design

I joined Ineco in August 2023 as a Junior Project Designer, specialising in solar project design. At 24, I am the team's youngest solar designer with a strong renewable energy background. I aim to help the UK achieve its 70GW solar target by 2035. In my leisure time, I enjoy football, cricket, and cooking Indo-Chinese dishes.

Project Engineer

I joined Ineco in January 2017 as a Project Manager for LED projects and now oversee Solar PV projects from development to completion. Before this, I served 18 years in Her Majesty’s Services, reaching Warrant Officer Class II in the Army. Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, coaching an Under 9’s rugby team, and spending time with family and friends.

Raised in a farming community in north Scotland, sustainability and loving the countryside was a way of life. My passion for the world around us inspired me to study Energy and Environmental Engineering in Edinburgh and then onto Stirling for my MSc. My journey through British Gas and Heathrow Airport saw me at the forefront of many energy design, construction, waste reduction and process improvement projects.

With over ten years of experience in commercial and industrial electrical work and eight years in solar energy, I joined Ineco as a senior electrician. I'm a family man through and through who loves nothing more than getting lost in the woods and building dens with my family.

After studying Business and Marketing at Oxford Brookes University, I gained a few years of experience in B2B marketing before embarking on my travels to Australia and Southeast Asia. I joined Ineco to pursue my passion for both marketing and sustainability and to help make a positive impact on the world. In my spare time I enjoy gardening, baking and listening to country music!

I have over twelve years of marketing and communications experience across a range of sectors, including the last four years focused on renewables. I’m passionate about building strong brand strategies and delivering campaigns that drive growth and support the transition to a more sustainable future. Outside of work, I enjoy aerial arts and spend many hours at the dance studio and ice rink with my two children!

Kristianne Stanton-Jones

Head of Marketing

I have engineered renewable energy projects for seven years and counting, in particular, producing deliverables for the; feasibility, development, construction stages of commercial scale projects. I work alongside the grid (DNOs), Local Planning Authorities and Structural Assessors, producing various applications/notifications, site surveys, solar PV system designs & CAD drawings. In my personal life, I support a family of three sunshines.

As an experienced Project Manager, I have a strong passion for renewable energy and sustainable businesses. I'm thrilled to have joined Ineco, where I oversee solar installation projects from the initial design phase through to project delivery. This role is incredibly fulfilling and aligns perfectly with my personal love for nature. On weekends, you can often find my family and I exploring forests or enjoying beautiful parks.

I have handled Ineco's accounting and finance since the company's inception in 2016. As a Fellow of the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants, I have over 30 years of corporate finance experience. I used to volunteer at my local rugby club, but now I spend my spare time being "Bampi" to my 3 grandsons, currently all under two!

I am responsible for overseeing all Ineco projects during their operational phase, ensuring they reach their full potential throughout their lifecycle. Outside of work, I’m an avid Nottingham Forest fan who enjoys the team’s many highs (and lows!) and love spending weekends exploring new hang-out spots with my daughter.

I am a skilled electrician, with nearly four years of experience in installing domestic, commercial and industrial solar PV systems. I have a passion for renewable energy and am very happy to be a part of the Ineco team. I’m an avid fisherman and love being by the water in my spare time. I also love outdoor activities and spending time with my family...we are National Trust members after all.

I am responsible for taking preliminary designs and developing them into construction packs, complete with everything our teams need to install our large commercial systems. I also work closely with my colleagues to manage planning, DNO submissions and provide support for our installers and clients. In my free-time I can be found rock-climbing in the Peak District or gardening on my allotment.

I joined Ineco in September of 2025 as a Project Designer. I have spent 3 years in the renewables sector as a systems designer gaining experience in both commercial rooftop & new build PV developments and I strive to continue contributing to a greener future for years to come. Outside of work, I enjoy cycling, hiking, and playing ultimate frisbee during the warmer months. In winter, you’ll often find me reading, caring for my plants, or snowboarding when the opportunity arises.

I have 15 years of experience in the renewables, heating, and construction industries most recently as a project manager for Ineco. In my spare time, I am an avid runner and enjoy running regular marathons. I also have a love for the Dorset coastline and during the summer months can be found enjoying the great outdoors on my boat, SUP and or caravan.

I am a qualified electrician with 12 years of experience in the industry. My career began in commercial and domestic settings, where I gained extensive experience across a wide range of installations. I have a strong passion for green spaces, wildlife, and the sense of peace that comes with being outdoors. It felt like a natural progression to pursue a path where my work could contribute to protecting and preserving the environment, helping to ensure its beauty can be enjoyed by future generations.
