O&M Manager

Our Operation & Maintenance (O&M) managers are responsible for ensuring optimum performance for our projects. Scheduling planned preventative maintenance and liaising with clients about reactive maintenance issues. Our O&M managers ensure our systems are safe, performing as or better than expected, for generations to come.

Responsibilities

Portfolio Management – Manage our solar PV systems to ensure that all planned and reactive O&M works are undertaken following the contractual scope and within budget.
Performance Analysis – Monitor the performance of all solar PV systems within the portfolio to ensure that they are performing in line with expectations.
Perform detailed technical analysis to determine factors and trends that impact production and asset life.
Reactive Maintenance – Own the delivery of any corrective action / reactive maintenance required to maintain solar PV system performance, including warranty claims and managing faults with manufacturers.
Performance Reports – Produce regular performance reports and be the first point of contact for owners of the solar PV systems.
Asset Utilisation – Work with Ineco colleagues to produce proposals for additional works which maximise the yield/profit of the plant or deliver complimentary technologies. e.g. Battery energy storage

Competitive Salary
Company Bonus – based on personal and company performance targets, which will be agreed on successful completion of probationary
